Beginning your journey to wellness.
As you begin your journey we start by getting to know each other and learning your story as told by you and your body. Since this can cover a lot of ground, your first visit will take longer than future visits so that we can get a complete picture.
Report of Findings
Once we have an idea of what your body has been through as well as your personal goals, we can create a plan tailored for you. This plan may include chiropractic care, nutrition care, lifestyle changes, coaching and support. The second visit is also a little longer so we have time to discuss the root of your issue. Following visits, depending on your care plan, will be from 10 to 20 minutes.

We are located in the Belmont/Mt. Holly area in a converted house. We are transforming this building just like we transform the lives of those that walk through our doors…one step at a time!

While we don’t participate with most insurance companies, insurance is designed for sick care. What we provide is wellness care. If your insurance company reimburses for some services we provide, we can provide a superbill with all of the necessary information for you to file directly.

Fertility Challenges: When a couple decides that they are ready to grow their family they can be disheartened when it doesn’t happen as fast as they expected. It can cause depression, shame, guilt, anger, and feelings of being a victim. Often in the medical community ‘infertility treatments’ are used to force the body into pregnancy. This can leave an already depleted body more depleted. At the end of the treatments, the desired result of a baby may or may not have been realized at all. In addition to physical depletion, there are mental and spiritual costs that are often not talked about but certainly occur.
True Health Care: Conception and pregnancy require HEALTH. We want to restore balance to the body and allow the body to be ready to accept pregnancy. We do not force the body to do anything; we allow what God made to function as close to 100% as possible. We want to support body, mind and spirit in this process. In addition to supporting the body, we also want to support your relationship during this time. Marriages can be strained, so having a community is vital to help add stability.
